AZIM provides health, fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, reporting, private challenge, and planning features. You agree to use AZIM lawfully and only for personal wellness, planning, and educational purposes.
AZIM is not a medical device and is not a substitute for a doctor, licensed clinician, dietitian, personal trainer, or emergency service. AZIM does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always seek professional medical advice before making health decisions, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or experience pain or symptoms.
AZIM subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase and Apple StoreKit. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store terms. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Some features require permissions such as Apple HealthKit, notifications, or microphone access. You may grant, limit, or revoke permissions through iOS settings. Some features may not work without the required permissions.
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for ensuring that information you provide to AZIM is accurate enough for the features you use.
AZIM may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We may update these Terms when the product changes or legal requirements evolve.
